Exhaust Headers / Intake Manifold

Bamber Engineering provides premium quality stainless steel exhaust headers and stainless steel intake manifolds, designed and optimized to complement our cylinder heads.  The designs are modelled in CAD, and optimized using computer simulations.

The intake manifold plenums are made of .110” thick stainless steel, and are braced internally to accommodate boost pressures.  A fuel nozzle port is provided in each intake runner.

Exhaust headers are 304 stainless steel, and use a double slip merge collector.  Each tube has a ¼” NPT fitting for an exhaust temperature sensor.  The collector tube is 4” with a v-band flange welded on.
